Exchange Policy

At Heel Aura, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• We offer size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, while we will dispatch the exchanged item after verification.

• Items purchased on final sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange.

• Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer cannot be exchanged.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
